Join this three-day event which features great driving, interesting venues, and lots of social time for making memories with new and old PCA friends. Highlights include visits to Old Tucson film studios/entertainment park and the DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun, the great drive to the top of Mt. Lemmon, and two nights at The Eddy Hotel in the beautiful Catalina Foothills. The drive back to the Valley on Sunday will follow another enjoyable, scenic route.
HIGHLIGHTS
Old Tucson: "Built in 1939, Old Tucson is a renowned film set and family theme park located just outside Tucson, AZ. Nestled between Saguaro National Park and Tucson Mountain Park, this beautiful desert setting has been the filming location for hundreds of classic western films and TV shows. The studio opened its doors as a theme park in 1960 and continues to welcome guests for a variety of immersive and theatrical experiences."
Mt. Lemmon Scenic Byway: A stunning 27-mile road to the mountaintop village of Summerhaven, offering a dramatic climate and vegetation change from desert to Canadian-like forests as it climbs nearly 7,000 feet to the summit. This winding, scenic road features hairpin turns, sheer drop-offs, and numerous overlooks providing breathtaking views of canyons and rock formations.
DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun Museum: "What started as a small construction project in the early 1950s developed into a 10-acre National Historic District designed and built by acclaimed Arizona artist Ettore “Ted” DeGrazia. The gallery includes permanent collections of paintings that trace historical events and native cultures of the Southwest. Rotating exhibitions display some of the 15,000 DeGrazia originals housed at the gallery, including oils, watercolors, sketches, serigraphs, lithographs, sculptures, ceramics and jewelry."

Arrangements have been made for a room block at a very favorable discounted rate of $209 per night + tax.
