Best of the NE Valley Driving Tour and Lunch

About this event

Join us for an exciting "Best of the NE Valley" drive from Scottsdale through Cave Creek, Rio Verde, McDowell Mountains up to Fountain Hills' best view roads, and ending with a delicious lunch at the popular Vicino's Local Italian Restaurant in Central Scottsdale.

We will meet at the 101 Shopping Center at Mayo Blvd and Scottsdale Rd for the drive through the eclectic western Town of Cave Creek, then head southeast to include Rio Verde's very twisty Needlerock Rd, turning at the end of the pavement, then continuing east of the McDowell Mountains up to Fountain Hills' best views of Four Peaks, before making our way to Vicino's Local Italian Restaurant [https://www.vicinositalian.com ] on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. in Scottsdale, where our tour ends. Vicinio's will serve us a choice of their most popular fresh and delicious meals in a neighborhood restaurant atmosphere.

LUNCH MENU (you will choose one)

- Insalata di Orzo e Pollo: pulled chicken, orzo, spinach, arugula, radicchio, apples, pine nuts, heirloom cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, crispy prosciutto, craisins, apple cider vinaigrette
- Orange Roughy Francese: lightly sauteed in egg wash with lemon butter sauce, capers. served with spaghettini
- Pasta Verona: mushroom, grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes, rigatoni, herb cream sauce
- Spaghetti alla Marinara: spaghettini served with housemade marinara
Optional: Add small Caesar Salad
